As an integral part of the Building Information Management (BIM) division, Autodesk is positioning FMDesktop to revolutionize the computer aided/integrated market.

Cahill and Company has 15+ years experience successfully implementing CAFM and CIFM solutions. We are honored to have recently been chosen as a software vendor and implementation specialist for FMDesktop. In combination with our status as an authorized Autodesk Developer, Cahill and Company can assist with your computerized facilities management requirements.

Facility Manager is the heart of the system, giving you the ability to manage all of your facilities drawings and data in an easy to use database environment. Track employee locations and manage churn, handle space allocations for charge-back analysis, and create custom management reports.

Facility Link gives CAD users the ability to stay in the environment they know, AutoCAD, and link graphical data to the database.

Facility Request allows users to complete work requests right from a browser on their desktop. Without specialized software or special skills, any user with permission can fill out a request online and have it immediately submitted to the facilities manager or proper maintenance division.

Facility Web allows companies to distribute information over a secured intranet or internet site. This technology allows users who need the information to see it without requiring any specialized software or skills.
