Organizations have struggled with the costs, time commitments, and lost productivity of the continuing issues of training their staff. Students often have varying levels of comprehension and in a classroom environment, they're forced to stay with the pace of the instruction.  Their retention level drops as they fall behind.   Then there's the issue of cost; training a few users can be cost prohibitive and training an entire staff can bring productivity to a stand still.

Cahill and Company has offered classroom training for several years.  While we believe there's still a place for classroom training, it doesn't always fit every requirement.   With over 6 years experience designing and delivering e-learning content, we utilize the latest technologies, to bring instructor-led training right to the desktop.  Our courses contain audio, video, animations, software simulations, and knowledge-based testing to gage user retention.  Users don't just read the information, they hear it explained, watch as the instructor goes through processes and then have the ability to complete practice examples before completing the testing.  Our tests contain True/False, Multiple Choice, Fill in the blank, hot spot selection, and matching.  Organizations can track users progress and test scores via our reporting capabilities, which can be linked to a SCORM or AICC application.

Our vast experience in e-learning technologies can be utilized to turn your office standards, custom applications, or proprietary information into an on-line course for your users to access as needed.

We've put together a 10 min e-learning demo so that you can get an idea of how e-learning works. To access the demo, click on the demo button on the left side of the screen.  This example shows a CAD software training example.  Be sure to view the instructions file first so that you'll know how to navigate through the course.  The quiz demo is just for fun and will show you how we can set up a basic multiple choice quiz. (You must have audio capabilities and the free Macromedia Flash player installed in order to view the presentation.  The system will prompt you to download and install it from the Macromedia website if not installed.)
