Learning and Development ROI Calculator
The L&D Return-on-Investment (ROI) Calculator is free to use and anonymous. It is a web-based tool that runs on your own browser; no information is retained by this website. You can read about the ROI calculator on our blog. The calculator does have a built in user guide and a report save function. The new model takes into account the use of artificial intelligence. If your management team demands justification, this tool produces a report that your CFO will be impressed by. A six-part video series that I am currently producing will be posted here when finished - showing you exactly how to use the tool.

Note: This tool just went through a major update. While it will not make weak assumptions credible, it is now an excellent evidence-aware forecast model.
ELearning Cost Estimator
The ELearning cost estimator allows users to calculate anticipated costs for elearning course development. It, too, is completely anonymous and no data is reviewed or retained. It runs within your own browser and anything stored would be in your browser cache. It uses a few different known models, as well as, allowing the user to incorporate their own model. The user guide is now accessible within the tool.
